1.Please make your cheque payable to ITS Management Sdn Bhd

(Public Bank: 3 1 4 7 7 9 9 2 0 6)

2.Payment should be received by the organizer at least 5 working days before the training program or service job commencement.

3.Cancellation & Refund Policies

a.Cancellation – by Client

    • Full Refund: Cancellation made with at least 10 working days advance written notice
    • 50% Refund: Cancellation made with at least 5 working days advance written notice.
    • No Refund: Cancellation made with less than 5 working days advance written notice.

b.Cancellation – by ITS – Full Refund

4.Promotion / Discount Policies

a.Discount voucher are only applicable on standard training fee.
b.Discount voucher can’t be applied corresponding with others promotion.
c.Expired discount voucher can’t be renewed.

5.Non-Attendance: Accepting this Course Fee Quotation/ Invoice is deemed as “Order Confirmation”. The clients are liable for the fee payment in the event that the registered participant(s) fail to attend the training without prior notification.

6.For in-house training, the client is responsible for arranging training venue and equipment’s including LCD Projector at its own cost. ITS is solely responsible for (i) arranging trainer (ii) training materials (iii) certificates only.
